Estimate concrete, gravel, mulch, sand, or topsoil by volume. Adjust waste and enter a local price to plan quantity, bags, weight, and cost.
Planning estimate only. Material density, compaction, moisture, bag yield, and site conditions vary; confirm quantities with your supplier before ordering.
Cubic feet = length × width × depth in feet. Divide by 27 for cubic yards, then apply the selected waste percentage.
Default depths are 4 inches for slabs, 3 inches for mulch, and 2 inches for gravel. Bag counts round up to whole bags. The concrete bag estimate uses a 0.6 cubic-foot planning yield for an 80 lb bag; always check the yield printed on the product you buy.
